SHIPPING POLICY

At WeFootWear we value every single customer and we take the utmost care with your packages. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to us, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items EXCLUDING the shipping fee. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped , you will be charged the standard shipping rate. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

Processing Time:

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and for international orders. Once your payment is authorised and processed it can take 2-7 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  All orders including USA and international orders meet the timeline stated above. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please make sure you leave your email address for the order and shipping confirmation. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.

Shipping Method: USPS, FEDEX, or UPS may be used.

All express orders will have 1 -2 business day processing time plus the duration of time in transit. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the USPS or the delivery carrier. WeFootWear does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

WeFootWear is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. It usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. It also depends on what delivery method you select. WeFootWear is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

The shipping method you select  and pay DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS AND TAXES THAT WILL BE CHARGED BY YOUR COUNTRY.

Your order is shipped with import fees, taxes and customs unpaid. Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges. 

If you refuse a package because of customs fees and taxes, the cost of your purchase will be used to ship the items back to us or we will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package and they will be no store credit issued. If the shipping courier returns the package  back to us , the shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit including the original shipping fees.
