WeFootWear is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.

When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but WeFootWear has developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure

If using a public computer or terminal, always log out when you complete an online session. WeFootWear will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on WeFootWear, registering for payments, and contacting WeFootWear directly.

If you are contacted by or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to WeFootWear.com for investigation.

  1. IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CARD NUMBER ONLINE?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information

  1. WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FAIL? 

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
